About the Company

Manufacturo is on a mission to modernize how the most innovative manufacturing companies build complex hardware. Our customers are pioneering the future of aerospace, new space, and next-gen electronics—and they use Manufacturo to manage mission-critical operations.

We’re now expanding into France and looking for a Director of Sales to lead our commercial efforts in the region. This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity to own the market, shape our presence, and build a pipeline from scratch—with the full support of a team that knows how to move fast.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and drive all sales activities across France
  • Identify and engage high-potential customers in industries like aerospace, new space, and complex discrete manufacturing
  • Work closely with founders and product teams to tailor our offering to market needs
  • Act as the face of Manufacturo in the region—at events, in boardrooms, and in front of our future customers
  • Help build the local go-to-market playbook, from prospecting to close
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales, ideally in manufacturing tech or SaaS
  • Deep understanding of the French industrial/manufacturing ecosystem
  • Strong network in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing is a major plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable operating with autonomy and turning ambiguity into action
  • Fluent in French and English
