Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is located near Masjid Al Haram and the Holy Ka’aba. This iconic hotel offers luxurious accommodations and facilities. Raffles Makkah Palace and Swissôtel Makkah are part of the complex, providing high-end hospitality services. Swissôtel Al Maqamis is another hotel in the complex, offering modern design and convenient access for pilgrims.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Group Director of Sales for the Makkah complex to drive business growth and expand sales channels.
  • Develop and lead the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Manage key accounts, focusing on high-end suite business.
  • Update and maintain client information and sales activities in relevant systems.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Handle daily sales operations and evaluate market needs.
  • Collaborate on sales plans and budgets with the management team.
  • Participate in international sales trips and promotional events.
  • Set and review quality and performance objectives regularly.
  • Coach and develop sales colleagues, providing necessary training and discipline.
  • Oversee leisure industry sales segments and incentive programs.
  • Forecast revenues accurately and utilize marketing strategies to generate new business.
  • Assist in customer acquisition and closing deals.
  • Participate in sales strategy meetings and revenue reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the local hospitality market and industry.
  • Passion for sales and performance targets.
  • Degree in sales, business development, or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and selling capabilities.
  • High grooming standards and flexibility for travel.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales with a record of closing sales.
