Responsabilités

  • Directly engage in sales activity, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline from lead generation through close.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, forecasting, and team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations teams.
  • Continuously analyze and improve sales processes and performance.
  • Represent iDrive Logistics at industry events and in key client meetings.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a gritty, driven, and experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. As our Director/VP of Sales, you will be managing our sales team and strategy while also closing deals yourself. You'll be accountable for managing the sales pipeline, optimizing sales processes, developing talent, and hitting ambitious revenue targets.

What you will be doing:
