Since 2006, we have served disruptive brands using proprietary tools, frameworks, and extensive client experience to offer comprehensive services across the product and customer lifecycle, including design, development, quality assurance, localization, player support, and analytics.

With service locations across three continents, we operate a tightly integrated service model focused on client success.

Due to expansion, we are seeking a Director of Sales in Europe to focus on revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention, selling our services within the European market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling GlobalStep services (Quality Assurance, Application Development, Localization, Player Support) to the Games Industry
  • Generating and qualifying leads via networking, social media, events, and other channels
  • Building relationships with VP & C-Suite executives in targeted markets
  • Converting leads into opportunities and closing sales
  • Collaborating with marketing, bid, and client services teams to develop proposals and sales strategies
  • Using industry knowledge to craft compelling value propositions
  • Contributing to the local sales team and company culture
  • Managing client expectations throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Tracking sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce
  • Working with client services and sales enablement teams to support sales efforts
  • Utilizing bid qualification criteria for efficient resource use
  • Updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM regularly
  • Proven experience selling IT services within the Games Industry
  • Experience in developing sales proposals, including pricing and scope
  • Understanding of industry trends and client challenges
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and generating revenue from new clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced, competitive environment and travel as needed
