Description du poste

We are looking for a top notch Director of Offer Development within the Euromaster Group headquarters located in Clermont-Ferrand (France). This permanent position (CDI) is to BE filled as soon as possible.

As part of the Group Marketing team, you will focus on a key lever of growth for the business broad remit of responsibility, covering two key responsibilities - the identification, definition and design of new Group offers in all business segments, as well as creating and maintaining excellent core marketing content for those offers.

You will contribute to the Euromaster transformation into a one-stop-shop mobility partner for drivers and fleets alike - across its full breadth of target market segments as well as the 19 countries we are present in. You will work in close collaboration with a wide range of functional roles at headquarter level, as well as with a talented community of more than 80 marketing professionals across Europe. You will have a chance to shape the next stage of Euromaster innovative offers that support an ambitious growth plant for the Group. Finally, you will manage a central marketing budget of 200K EUR, and a set of external agencies, including our creative agency, and insights & analytics service providers.

Your activities in more detail will include :

OFFER DEVELOPMENT

Analyze market, segment, competitors and consumers trends to inform both local and Group marketing strategies and offer ideas at Euromaster

Leveraging customer and market insights, define unique offerings that deliver distinctive value to customers and Euromaster

Assess the value of the offering to the customer and define its competitive price positioning

Define the business case, business model and the GO to market strategy for new offerings, in collaboration with the Business Line managers and the Pricing director

Define the marketing mix required to effectively take to market new offerings

Collaborate with operational and sales colleagues across countries to deploy the offer efficiently and effectively

Put in place KPIs, methods and tools to gather customer and market feedback about the new offerings and iterate the offer design

MARKETING CONTENT

Refine the standard types of marketing content that should BE available for all core Euromaster offers and design a high quality / low cost process to create and make IT available to countries

Select a new Group creative agency and put in place a concerted approach to creative development

Manage the creation of new content for the new offers as well as the revision of existing content for the core Euromaster offer

With a Master degree in Marketing or an MBA, you have 10+ years of experience in Marketing, among which at least 3 years within an international Group and at least 7 years in a strategic marketing role or a management consulting role. You are capable of managing larger scale projects, you have a strong business acumen combined with in depth marketing strategy development. You can work internationally in a matrixed organisation, and are able to demonstrate a solid track record in developing and taking to market new innovative offers. You are highly adaptive, a self starter thriving on the opportunity to have an impact, with strong analytical thinking, strategic thinking and an ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation. You are fluent in English and with a very good level in French (or vice versa).
