Overview

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee 2 prestigious hotels located within central Paris.

You will oversee the Finance teams at each site and work closely with the regional team / General Managers.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for commercially leading the business opportunities and the reporting of all hotel financials monthly.

The ideal candidate should have a strong hotel background who understands all French accounting laws / taxes and reporting standards.

This is a hybrid working role, which will require you to work 2 days a week at the hotels and 3 days from home.

Requirements

• You MUST have a hotel finance background (minimum of 3 years)
• You carry previous experience coming from a Director of Finance, Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller background
• Accounting qualification (either qualified, part qualified or have worked for an accounting practice in the past)
• A natural leader who can motivate and lead small finance teams well
• Strong French accounting experience
• IT proficient in hotel PMS / EPOS systems
• French speaking (at a native level)
• English language (proficient professional level)
