Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role (Engineering Manager/Director).
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex software systems in mass-scale industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align engineering with business goals.
• Background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.

• Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for end-to-end engineering.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of ~40 engineers across disciplines.
• Oversee full software delivery lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
