Atos SE is seeking a high-impact leader to head an End-to-End Engineering group responsible for design, integration, testing, and delivery of large-scale software systems. You will coordinate across cross-functional teams, drive CI/CD, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across complex projects.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, team development, and robust delivery practices, with a focus on modern architectures, cloud-native platforms, and observability.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of modern software architectures with Kubernetes, microservices, cloud-native and event-driven designs.
• Hands-on experience with Golang, Python, C or Rust and related frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex software systems in mass-scale industries.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for end-to-end engineering.
• Lead, mentor and grow a ~40 engineer team across software, QA, DevOps and release management.
• Oversee delivery lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
