Job summary

Accor is seeking a Director of Distribution Support in Paris to lead the distribution roadmap for Fairmont and Raffles brands. The role focuses on maximizing topline revenue, ensuring content quality, pricing integrity, and guest experience across distribution channels.

You will drive system enhancements, oversee data quality, and train hotel teams on distribution concepts. The position requires strong program management across multiple hotels and brands within the Accor group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of distribution and RM experience in multiple hotels and brands. Luxury Hotel experience required.
• Experience in Project Planning/Execution.
• Strong technical background, experience with system upgrades and transitions.
• Fluent in English; Additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on Accor distribution related applications.
• Liaises with central connectivity and connected partner teams to engage with partners for distribution of inventory, rates and content.
• Manages channel content and data quality related to Availability, Rates and Inventory; analyzes and drives improvements.
• Responsible for creation, delivery, and maintenance of SOPs for the distribution environment and applications.
• Oversees training activities for current and new Hotel Commercial Division team members.
• Represents the Distribution discipline at internal gatherings and industry associations.
