We are an ambitious team of 70 people, committed to innovation and operational excellence within the Tezos ecosystem. As we grow, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Corporate Operations to strengthen our leadership team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s financial and legal foundations while contributing to key strategic decisions at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounting

1. Lead the company’s financial management in partnership with chartered accountants and statutory auditors.
2. Develop and oversee annual budgets and ensure effective cash flow management.
3. Produce regular financial reports for executive leadership.
4. Manage relationships with banking institutions and financial partners.
5. Ensure the company operates in full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
6. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
7. Handle any potential legal disputes in coordination with external legal advisors.
8. Monitor legal developments and anticipate regulatory changes that could impact the business.

2. Human Resources & Administration

1. Oversee HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll, and legal obligations.
2. Ensure compliance with labour laws and advise leadership on HR matters.
3. Implement systems and processes to improve administrative efficiency.

Ideal Profile

1. Master’s degree in finance, management, business law, or a related field (e.g. Master CCA, DSCG, business school, or Master’s in Business Law).
2. Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a mid-sized company.
3. In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and legal practices, with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.
4. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to engage international stakeholders.
5. Interest or experience in the blockchain industry is a strong plus.
