Job Description

We seek a dynamic, forward-thinking luxury hospitality leader — someone who understands the refined expectations of high-end guests and knows how to exceed them with imaginative, bespoke service.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Develop and execute the hotel’s commercial strategy, focusing on maximizing Room, F&B, and ancillary revenue through transient leisure and MICE segments.
  2. Provide clear communication and direction to all stakeholders through data, insights, and actionable plans.
  3. Use data to understand competitive trends, market needs, and guest feedback.
  4. Oversee revenue and business intelligence to ensure optimal rate strategies across all room products to maximize revenue.
  5. Prepare commercial reports to understand past performance, risks, opportunities, and strategies.
  6. Develop the annual Commercial Plan as part of the overall hotel budget.
  7. Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Attend monthly owner meetings to review performance and future strategies to maximize revenue.
  9. Inspire and lead your team with vision and purpose.
  10. Lead initiatives that integrate technological innovation with human connection.
  11. Shape the strategic direction of the resort.
  12. Uphold Sofitel’s French Art de Vivre, reinterpreted for the next generation of luxury travelers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of senior sales/marketing management experience within the premium hotel or airline industry, with a proven success record in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Leadership, ownership, and entrepreneurial qualities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to relate to all stakeholders — team members, peers, senior management, and investors.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, with a pleasant personality.
