VaynerMedia seeks a Director of CAIT (Creators, Affiliates, Influencers, & Talent) to lead the EMEA CAIT team, focusing on UK & DE markets, and align CAIT with AIM and PAC workflows for production excellence. The role drives casting, collaboration with Creative and Strategy, and scalable CAIT operations across the region.

You will oversee strategy and operations, manage the CAIT network, and ensure high-quality assets while maintaining efficiency, compliance, and strong client outcomes.

• 7-10 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, or talent management.
• Creative/Operator Hybrid: balance creative taste with operational budgeting and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Architect CAIT-led campaigns by translating brand concepts into casting strategies.
• Lead the CAIT team to pitch concepts with Creative to drive business results.
• Define and enforce standards for excellence in CAIT output.
• Establish protocols for virtual directing and production metrics.
• Mentor and develop CAIT team, promoting proactive casting/producing mindset.
• Oversee end-to-end CAIT operations including contracts, payments, and timelines.
• Monitor margins and efficiency to deliver high-volume assets.
• Manage risk and escalation points on negotiations and rights issues.
• Represent VaynerMedia at industry events and pitches with a strong CAIT voice.
