VML is looking for an experienced Account Director to join its EMEA team, based in Paris with a hybrid working model. You will lead multiple integrated campaigns across markets, coordinating strategy, creative, media and production teams to deliver outstanding results.

You will manage complex TV, digital and social productions, build strong client partnerships, and drive cross-market execution while maintaining high quality and efficiency. Fluent English required; FMCG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in account management within a creative or integrated agency.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns for international or regional brands.
• Strong experience managing large-scale TV, digital and social production projects across multiple markets.
• Experience working in a multicultural, international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or above).

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple integrated campaigns across EMEA from briefing through to final delivery.
• Build trusted day-to-day relationships with clients across different business units, functions and categories.
• Partner closely with Strategy and Media teams to develop integrated communications strategies and campaign toolkits that work across multiple markets.
• Work hand in hand with Creative, Social, Production and local market teams to ensure excellent execution across every touchpoint.
• Lead complex TV, digital and social production projects, ensuring high-quality execution and efficient delivery across multiple markets, channels and stakeholders.
• Oversee campaign timelines, priorities and dependencies across several projects running simultaneously.
• Identify risks early, anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems before they escalated.
• Continuously improve ways of working, making collaboration smoother, smarter and more efficient.
