Qualifications

Mission Highlights

Your mission is to shape, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities that leverage our AI-driven materials discovery capabilities. This role involves creating new partnerships, identifying optimal market segments, and guiding the development of innovative business models in close alignment with executive leadership. Your goal is to help Entalpic accelerate the adoption of sustainable, groundbreaking chemical solutions that significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

You will report to the CEO and be located in Paris.

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire sales and business partnership pipeline to close deals, closely collaborating with the CEO to align on strategic objectives and priorities.

Work with the executive team to define, refine, and iterate our business offerings, continuously seeking and validating product-market fit.

Coordinate with marketing and strategy teams to identify promising leads, market segments, and partnership opportunities.

Collaborate closely with legal and finance departments to structure deals and define effective contractual frameworks.

Travel and participate in multiple events to grow the Entalpic business footprint and network.

Operate comfortably in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, adapting rapidly to emerging business challenges and opportunities.

Expertise & skills

Proven executive-level experience in technical business roles.

5+ years of experience in sales, consulting or strategic positions specifically within the energy, chemistry or materials sectors.

Demonstrated interest and experience in evaluating diverse business models, especially within innovative, uncertain, or early-stage environments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a joyful, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Ability to understand and engage with complex technical concepts, translating these into compelling business propositions.
