Jobtailor is seeking a senior finance leader to head the Shared Service Center accounting and financial operations across four entities (UK, FR, US, HK).

You will oversee general, sub-ledger, and management accounting, ensure data quality and compliance, lead monthly and annual closings with FP&A, and manage intercompany reconciliations and relationships with auditors and banks. Fluent in FR and EN is required.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification in accounting, finance, or audit (DCG, DSCG, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or equivalent)
• Significant experience in international accounting and multi-entity environments
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Center
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, with French GAAP required; UK and US standards are a plus
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Experience managing multi-country financial close processes
• Comfortable working with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Rigorous and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to bring teams and stakeholders together
• Collaborative mindset

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting and financial operations for the SSC across four entities
• Oversee general, sub-ledger, and management accounting
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of financial data
• Lead monthly and annual closings with the FP&A teams
• Prepare working capital analyses, cash flow forecasts, trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and management reporting
• Ensure intercompany reconciliations
• Manage relationships with local finance departments, statutory auditors, and banks
• Ensure statutory and consolidated accounts comply with local standards and Group GAAP
• Organize and optimize centralized accounting processes
• Harmonize procedures across jurisdictions
• Implement and monitor internal controls
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay cycle in Yooz
• Identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities
• Integrate M&A transactions into accounting systems
• Oversee local tax and regulatory filings
• Coordinate relationships with external auditors, accounting firms, and tax authorities
• Monitor cash and intercompany flows
• Prepare monthly 13-week and annual cash forecasts
• Optimize banking flows and cash management
• Manage and develop the SSC accounting team
• Set priorities, allocate workloads, and support skills development
