Description du poste

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join as a Director of Monetisation France, Enterprise, reporting to the Managing Director France.

You will have ownership and accountability for successfully driving net revenue for Criteo Retail Media, leading a team of senior client-facing experts (client partners and client success managers), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams internally.

You will be responsible for shaping and leading Criteo’s Retail Media monetisation strategy in France, managing a team dedicated to retailer success, and building trusted, lasting relationships with our strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Driving the development of retail media activity in France
  2. Acting as a key point of contact for retail partners
  3. Leading a team of Client Leads and Customer Success Managers
  4. Supporting team growth, development, and reaching ambitious business targets
  5. Managing reporting, forecasting, and process implementation within your team
  6. Ensuring performance management of monetisation aligned with revenue targets
  7. Building strategic recommendations for retailers based on data and best practices
  8. Identifying growth opportunities for partners and understanding Criteo’s solutions and KPIs
  9. Monitoring market trends in retail media and e-retail
  10. Collaborating with activation, marketing, and international teams to position offerings effectively
New Business and Retention:
  1. Strategy development for onboarding new retailer partners in France
  2. Creating go-to-market strategies for new offers
  3. Representing Criteo at key retail and media events
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  1. Leading and mentoring teams to foster high performance
  2. Aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure impact and consistency
  3. Promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centricity
  4. Contributing to the French leadership team and local strategy development
Who You Are:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, retail partnerships, or ad tech
  • Expertise in Retail Media and understanding retailer needs
  • Proven success in managing strategic client portfolios and commercial growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking with business development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in French and English
