Job summary

Gridlines is a rapidly growing financial modelling consultancy. We are seeking an experienced model audit professional to lead, develop and inspire a team of modelling experts in France.

You will review financial models for robustness, drive innovation in methodologies and guide delivery across a portfolio of assignments. A senior leader with deep project finance knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial model audit at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in Project Finance and accounting concepts.
• Postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
• Degree in a numerate discipline with strong numerical ability.
• Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the model audit team in country.
• Manage multiple teams across client assignments.
• Provide strategic guidance on delivery of assignments.
• Develop and enhance modelling methodologies and tools.
• Plan resources across the team.
• Lead business development and client pitches.

The role will involve leading, developing and inspiring a team of modelling professionals to review financial models ensuring they are robust and reliable.

Requirements

Operations:

• Lead in the growth and development of the model audit team [In Country]
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments.
• Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead in the planning of resources across the team
