Description du poste

The Director, Medical Device & Diagnostics Sales will be responsible for leading an European team of sales professionals focused on the Medical Device & Diagnostics (MD&D) market. They will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. Their team will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, all the way through winning and closing the business. Experience with Channels or VARs is helpful. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Director of MD&D Sales should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and segment growth. They will collaborate with various professionals and must thrive in working in a team environment.

About the Team :

The Director, Medical Device Sales EMEAR leads a team of quota carrying field sales specialists aligned to our Medical Device Business.

You will report into the VP of EMEA Sales.

  • Strong knowledge of life sciences industry (preferably MD&D), including R&D, Clinical, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT functions
  • Demonstrated consistent track record of being a trusted advisor to customers
  • Ability to leverage a consultative approach to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to gain executive credibility, understand organizational political dynamics and competitive awareness
  • Ability to coordinate across internal cross-functional teams to improve the sales outcome for your team
  • Demonstrated consistent tenacity and drive to achieve goals
  • Business planning and organizational skills
  • Strong application software experience
  • Demonstrated success with process approached selling

Your Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent years of experience and demonstrated success in a similar sales leadership role
  • Experience in the life sciences industry / medical / clinical operations desirable.
