We are seeking an experienced and driven Medical Affairs EU Consultant to support the development and execution of medical strategies across Europe in the field of cell therapy , with a focus on CAR-T and lymphoma . This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing innovative therapies and engaging with key stakeholders across the EU healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EU Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
- Support the execution of clinical trials and medical affairs programs across the EU region.
- Deliver scientific presentations and medical education to healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Lead regional medical strategies and gather insights through advisory boards, congresses, and 1 : 1 engagements.
- Monitor scientific and competitive landscapes, providing strategic input to internal teams.
- Collaborate on the development and adaptation of scientific materials, training content, and congress deliverables.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the broader medical affairs strategy in oncology and cell therapy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) in a health-related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles in biotech / pharma.
- Proven expertise in CAR-T , lymphoma , or hematologic malignancies .
- Strong network of lymphoma KOLs in France and across the EU.
- Deep understanding of the EU healthcare system , including regulatory and payer environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional, and matrixed environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, including international engagements.
