Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director, Regional Market Access, Rare Diseases, Europe to drive pricing, reimbursement, and patient access strategies across Europe in a hybrid setup. The role requires extensive experience in European market access, HTA submissions, and payer negotiations, with fluency in English and likely additional European languages.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• Experience with European rare disease pricing, reimbursement, launches, and approvals.
• Expertise in payer systems, economic models and HTA submissions.
• Knowledge of NICE, ZIN, TLV, QALY frameworks and free-pricing markets.
• English fluency; additional European languages are advantageous.

This role requires:

• Ten years’ pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.

• European rare disease pricing, reimbursement, launches, and approval experience.

• Expertise in payer systems, economic models, and health technology assessment submissions.

• Knowledge of NICE, ZIN, TLV, QALY frameworks, and free-pricing markets.

• Advanced life sciences, health economics, or business degree preferred.

• English fluency; additional European languages are advantageous.

• Strong communication, data synthesis, matrix leadership, agility, and collaboration.

• Healthcare policy shaping and multi-stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
