The International Immunology Commercial Lead will oversee Regeneron's commercial activities across major and mid-sized markets outside the US, primarily focusing on Europe, Canada, Asia Pacific, and LATAM. This role involves coordinating regional commercialization strategies, developing new market entry plans, and acting as the lead on international commercialization committees where Regeneron lacks an in-country presence. The position is integral to expanding Regeneron's international market scope and involves collaboration with alliance partners as needed. You can be office based in any of our European Commercial locations with a preference for Uxbridge (UK) or Munich (Germany).

A Typical Day May Include

Coordinating activities to establish Regeneron's presence in new markets.

Preparing for new product or indication launches in collaboration with the Global Marketing teams.

Reviewing and guiding pricing and market access matters.

Participating in International Immunology Leadership Team meetings to tackle broader commercial and non-commercial initiatives.

Developing regional / local commercialization programs aligned with global strategy.

Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders globally to build Regeneron’s commercial presence.

Acting as the primary contact for commercial alliance matters at a regional level.

Providing strategic insights into regional geographic expansion opportunities.

Collecting regional business insights and integrating them into country-level decisions.

Establishing regional forecasts with alliance partners.

This May Be For You If You

Have proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in regional / international sales and commercialization.

Are skilled at building affiliate teams in new international markets.

Possess international knowledge, including legal, regulatory, and payer environments.

Have experience with country-specific reimbursement and pricing strategies.

Can manage cross-functional teams to achieve commercialization goals.

Have experience with biologics and product launches.

Are adept at working in strategic partnerships and alliances.

Have project management experience and are willing to travel for business.

Hold a BS / degree level education or equivalent, with an MBA being desirable.

Must have experience developing business cases to recommend strategic actions.

Should have knowledge or experience in Immunology fields such as Dermatology, Respiratory, or Gastroenterology.

Ideally have experience working outside your home country or significant cross-cultural exposure.

Are multilingual, with proficiency beyond English being advantageous.
