Bryan, Garnier & Co in Paris is seeking a Director to take immediate responsibility for sourcing new transactions and ensuring effective deal execution. You will meet with CEOs, CFOs, corporate development executives, and private equity funds, while guiding a team of analysts and support staff in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

The role requires leading deal origination, executing transactions, and delivering high-quality client presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of transaction experience in international investment banking or private equity.
• Experience in the Business services sector is important.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in deal origination.
• Lead execution and manage transaction processes.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations.
• Perform financial and strategic analyses.
• Negotiate main terms of transactions.
