Bryan, Garnier & Co in Paris is seeking a Vice President to support the growing Healthcare team within our Investment Banking department. You will coordinate the transaction process from initial meetings with senior management to execution, working closely with senior professionals to negotiate mandates.

The position appeals to individuals with hands-on experience in both execution and origination, offering exposure to senior professionals and a challenging opportunity in investment banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, Private Equity or Transaction Services.
• Strong knowledge of bio-tech/med-tech industries.
• Academic track record from a recognized college or university.

Responsabilités

• Manage execution and transaction processes
• Provide support in deal origination
• Ensure timely preparation of presentations, transaction materials and financial analyses
• Manage and train associates and analysts
• Contribute to the development of our Healthcare franchise
