An established industry player is seeking a dynamic manager to oversee quotations and customer relations in the automotive sector. This role involves collaborating with senior management to strategize sales goals while ensuring accurate maintenance of contracts and purchase orders. You will lead a diverse team, drive benchmarking activities, and present action plans to resolve commercial issues. Qualifications

  • 4+ years in sales with OEM supplier relations in automotive preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create networks.

Responsabilités

  • Manage quotation processes for new business and modifications.
  • Prepare cost breakdowns and maintain purchase orders accurately.
  • Lead transversal teams for TQRLC matters and organize benchmarks.

Description de poste :

  • Manage the quotation process either for new business opportunities or for modification to existing contracts and projects
  • Main customer interface for assigned parts (purchasing and engineering)
  • Work with the Sr. Account Manager and Sales Director to assist in development of strategy for implementation of KOSTAL sales goals & objectives.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of business cases associated to parts in production and under acquisition
  • Prepare sounded cost breakdowns for customers and submit them in the customer system.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all purchase orders and contracts and ensure the most recent information is communicated to all internal customers
  • Maintain customer systems portals and databases
  • Ensure price records are maintained
  • Follow and keep updated all KOSTAL internal processes
  • Lead a transversal team or organization for all TQRLC matters
  • Organize and carry out benchmark activities
  • Define lead and present to management an appropriate action plan in the event of an unresolved commercial issue

Qualifications :

  • Higher education type BAC 5. Engineering degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales (OEM supplier relations) in the automotive sector; experience in the field of electronics preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create powerful networks
  • Analytical skills with high degree of numeric analysis
  • Able to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • Proficiency in French, advanced English fluency; German would be a plus
  • This function involves travel in EU
