Une entreprise internationale de services numériques recherche un responsable opérationnel au sein de la BU de gouvernance. Vous aurez la charge de diriger les équipes de sécurité, d'assurer la qualité des services, et de participer au développement des offres MTDR. Vous devez avoir une vision stratégique, une expérience solide en management, et la maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe avec un contexte technique et opérationnel.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles reconnues et bonne capacité de synthèse.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, essentiel pour un environnement international.

Description du poste

About the role

Within the Governance BU in the CSR entity, you are responsible for the operational deployment of the management's strategy on MTDR offers. You actively participate in the development and evolution of MTDR Service offers in collaboration with pre-sales teams.

In this capacity, you ensure the functional management of all associated production teams.

Additionally, you are directly responsible for the Security Manager Teams. You ensure, with your teams, the quality and continuous improvement of our detection services, in compliance with contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.

You manage and motivate your Security Managers teams, who are the technical pilots of detection services and pillars of client governance, supported by your local managers.

Your activities are divided into four main areas:

  1. Promotion and deployment of the MTDR offer
  2. Continuous improvement, transformation of our clients, and service quality
  3. Team management
  4. Reporting and objectives
1. Promotion and deployment of the MTDR offer
  • Define and implement your scope strategy in coordination with your manager
  • Provide support to Pre-sales
  • Actively participate in the development and definition of MTDR services and ensure the regular evolution of service offers in your scope
  • Contribute to contract renewals
2. Continuous improvement, transformation of our clients, and service quality
  • Monitor activity progress and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in steering and strategic committees of your clients
  • Lead all production teams in ongoing actions related to continuous service improvement
  • Ensure the quality level of services provided
  • In complex or crisis situations, recommend and implement corrective actions with the involved teams
  • Actively contribute to transforming our clients in coordination with Build teams
3. Team management
  • Recruit, lead, coordinate, and develop high-performing and motivated teams
  • Foster inter-team collaboration
  • Ensure activity levels are maintained
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment needs
  • Manage your scope teams

About you

Your key assets and skills for the position:

  • Higher education Bac +4/Bac +5, with at least 5 years of team management experience, with a technical and operational background
  • Recognized for your interpersonal skills, listening, pedagogy, autonomy, rigor, and organization. You possess a good synthesis ability, are autonomous, and proactive
