We are seeking a Scientific and Operational Director (H/F) in oncology for a distinguished organization.

As the Scientific and Operational Director, you will oversee two main areas:

Scientific Direction:

• Develop and implement innovative research projects
• Ensure scientific valorization of results
• Seek funding and develop strategic collaborations
• Enhance the registry’s position within the FRANCIM network

Operational Management:

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of 6 to 9 members
• Ensure quality and compliance in registration processes
• Supervise database management and information security
• Represent the registry to partners and authorities

Your Profile:

• Doctorate in medicine with DEA/Master in epidemiology or DES in public health
• Proven experience in epidemiology and public health (oncology preferred)
• Expertise in biostatistics and proficiency in R or Stata
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CNIL, RGPD)
• Leadership skills and project management experience
• Scientific rigor and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and foster partnerships

Contractual Information:

• Location: MEL
• Contract: CDI
• Salary: According to CLCC agreement, range 70k - 120k
