Une entreprise leader dans la gestion des services de sécurité propose un poste de Team Manager au sein de son entité Governance. Vous serez en charge de l'implémentation de la stratégie de management pour les offres de services MTDR, tout en garantissant une amélioration continue et la satisfaction client. Ce rôle nécessite de solides compétences en leadership et en gestion, avec une focalisation sur la qualité et le service client dans un environnement international.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que manager d'équipe avec un bagage technique et opérationnel.
  • Reconnu pour ses compétences interpersonnelles, son autonomie et sa rigueur.
  • Anglais courant requis pour un environnement de travail international.

Description du poste

About the role

Your missions:

Within the Governance BU in the CSR entity, you are responsible for the operational implementation of the management's strategy regarding MTDR offerings. You actively participate in the development and evolution of MTDR Service offerings in collaboration with pre-sales teams.

In this role, you ensure the functional management of all associated production teams.

You are directly responsible for the Security Manager Teams. You ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our detection services, respecting contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.

You manage and motivate your Security Managers teams, who are the technical pilots of detection services and key players in client governance, supported by your local managers.

Your activities are divided into four main areas:

1. Promotion and development of the MTDR offer

- Define and implement your scope strategy in coordination with your manager.

- Support pre-sales activities.

- Actively participate in the development and definition of MTDR services and ensure the regular evolution of service offers within your scope.

- Contribute to contract renewals.

2. Continuous improvement, client transformation, and service quality

- Monitor activity progress and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Participate in steering and strategic committees with your clients.

- Lead all production teams in ongoing actions related to continuous service improvement.

- Ensure the quality level of the services provided.

- In complex or crisis situations, recommend and implement corrective actions with the involved teams.

- Actively contribute to transforming our clients in coordination with Build teams.

3. Team management

- Recruit, lead, coordinate, and develop high-performing and motivated teams.

- Foster inter-team collaboration.

- Ensure activity levels are maintained.

- Collaborate with HR on recruitment needs.

- Manage your scope teams.

- Ensure skill development of team members (training, evaluation, coaching, etc.).

- Promote professionalization of the profession through experience and knowledge sharing.

- Oversee career management within your scope.

- Conduct employee evaluations (EI).

4. Reporting and objectives

- Report your activity to your manager.

- Ensure the achievement of your scope's objectives.

About you

Your key skills and qualities for the role:

With a higher education degree Bac +4/Bac +5, you have at least 5 years of experience as a team manager, with a technical and operational background.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, listening, pedagogical approach, autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills. You possess a good sense of synthesis, autonomy, and proactivity.
