Organization: Community of Agglomeration of Béthune-Bruay, Artois Lys Romane
Context: Managing the community conservatory of Music and Dance since 2017, with a team of 60 teachers and 15 administrative/technical staff. The conservatory serves as a resource for artistic education across the territory, involved in various projects and future expansion plans.
Key Missions:
- Design and lead the establishment project in collaboration with the pedagogical team.
- Manage and animate a team of approximately 75 staff members.
- Support pedagogical, administrative, and technical teams.
- Oversee the development of two new facilities and the installation of teams.
- Lead the application for inter-municipal conservatory accreditation.
- Define pedagogical objectives, promote cross-disciplinary projects, and supervise educational organization.
- Develop cultural outreach programs and educational initiatives outside the conservatory.
- Participate in the preparation of the establishment's budget and ensure administrative and financial management.
Secondary Missions:
- Participate in departmental meetings.
- Enhance the conservatory's visibility through cultural projects.
- Collaborate closely with the amateur music practices department.
Profile:
- Rigorous, autonomous, team-oriented.
- At least 3 years of similar experience.
- Valid driving license (B).
- Available evenings and weekends.
- Skilled in management, change support, and participative project leadership.
- Good knowledge of music and dance education policies, regulations, and local environment.
- Knowledge of local finances, public procurement, and HR.
- Sensitivity to public outreach.
- Knowledge of ERP regulations, hygiene, and safety standards.
