We are currently looking for a

Bilingual (French / English) Regional Sales Director, Montreal / Ottawa (12+ Month Contract)

As a results-driven influencer and relationship builder, you will drive Audi Brand sales, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability objectives for the area’s retail business. Your consultative and professional approach will be critical in raising overall dealer performance levels to drive consistency amongst dealers.

In this home-office based role, reporting to the National Manager, Sales Field Operations, you will be the face of Audi Canada, responsible for a portion of Montreal, Quebec City, and Ottawa regions. You will implement national and regional programs and processes, and develop short and long-term business plans with dealers.

Primary Responsibilities :

  1. Implement national and regional sales programs to meet sales objectives.
  2. Manage and coordinate dealer advertising efforts to increase Audi's market presence within budget.
  3. Create sales and marketing strategies for vehicle sales and certified pre-owned vehicles.
  4. Provide market knowledge and competitive insights to Audi Canada for incentive program development.
  5. Advise dealers on improving performance metrics.
  6. Ensure accurate sales forecasting and gather timely market intelligence.
  7. Develop and monitor 1- and 5-year business plans with dealers.
  8. Develop short-term performance improvement plans with dealers.
  9. Contribute to regional dealer network development and execute the final plan.
  10. Collaborate with the After Sales Manager to ensure regional consistency.
  11. Manage pipeline inventory and monthly production allocations.
  12. Implement tactical support programs and contests to achieve sales goals.
  13. Lead process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  14. Establish action plans to meet objectives.
  15. Assist dealers with personnel planning for sales departments.
  16. Implement business strategies to address dealership shortcomings.
  17. Analyze individual dealer performance and address deficiencies through development initiatives.
  18. Manage the regional marketing and administration budget.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
  2. 3+ years of automotive sales experience.
  3. Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
  4. Competitive, passionate, and progressive with proven leadership and collaboration skills.
  5. Strong market knowledge, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
  6. Ability to negotiate and influence at all organizational levels.
  7. Excellent time management and computer skills.
  8. Willingness to travel approximately 75%, including monthly trips to Ajax, Ontario, and annual trips to Europe or the USA.
