Position: Directeur Recrutement / Marque Employeur BU EAF Resorts

Responsibilities:
  • Develop recruitment and employer branding strategies for the EAF zone, involving HR teams and aligning with corporate strategies.
  • Lead communication actions related to employer branding, including creating recruitment communication tools and managing social media presence.
  • Ensure a consistent candidate experience across all recruitment channels and regions.
  • Manage and develop the recruitment team and drive change management initiatives.
  • Oversee budget planning and monitoring for recruitment and employer branding activities.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects related to recruitment, retention, and employer branding.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Website visits and brand awareness metrics
  • Number of applications and candidate quality
  • Candidate conversion rates
  • Employee and candidate satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS, Glassdoor ratings)
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in brand management, especially employer branding and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of communication, digital tools, and social media.
  • Interest in HR and recruitment.
  • Marketing techniques and content management skills.
  • Strong writing skills.

  • Ability to mobilize and collaborate across teams.
