Description du poste

Job Description

This role involves coordinating inter-services, supervising project prerequisites, and ensuring secure processing for specific clients and projects. The main missions include:

  1. Operational Follow-up: Daily progress tracking with the Technical Department, identifying potential challenges, prioritizing solutions, and monitoring project performance regarding cost, deadlines, and quality. Managing supply chain and project preparation, and overseeing overall reporting and capacity planning.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Identifying operational difficulties, analyzing processes, facilitating workgroups for solutions and procedure development, implementing corrective actions, conducting RETEX, client audits, and managing EN9110 qualification processes.
  3. Inter-Services Coordination: Supervising project prerequisites, coordinating operational support between services, prioritizing logistics, and conducting weekly load planning reviews with technical, commercial, and planning departments. Organizing seasonal and specific project preparations.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Engineering degree in Aeronautics or General Engineering with significant experience in the aeronautical sector, preferably in maintenance (MRO). Proven experience managing profit centers, business units, or P&L in aerospace, with a strong commitment to client obligations and deliverables. Experience as a General Manager in an SME/ETI in aerospace is a plus.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of aeronautics (manufacturers, equipment suppliers, maintenance) to understand client needs and critically evaluate solutions. Experience managing functional and technical teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office and English, and experience in aerospace maintenance programs are advantageous.
