Une entreprise leader dans le secteur dermo-cosmétique recherche un Directeur Marketing pour la division Personal Care. La mission implique de définir et piloter la stratégie marketing des marques bucco-dentaires, d'animer une équipe et d'analyser en continu le marché. Un Bac +5 et 5 ans d'expérience en direction marketing sont requis, avec une forte sensibilité pour l'image de marque et l'orientation consommateur. Un bon niveau d'anglais est indispensable.

Au sein de la Direction de marque Personal Care, et rattaché au Directeur de marque, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique en collaboration avec l'équipe digitale & communication.
Votre mission sera d'assurer la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie marketing cohérente, afin de maximiser la la croissance et le rayonnement des marques bucco-dentaires du portefeuille (Inava, Elgydium, Eludril, Arthrodont)
Vos responsabilités incluent :
Définir et faire appliquer la stratégie marketing et le plan de développement produit, pour favoriser la croissance et la rentabilité de l'ensemble de la marque/franchise
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (Bac +5) dans le domaine du marketing ou équivalent
