This role is central to our local development and community presence, with a strong emphasis on business development, ecosystem activation, and team leadership. As Campus Director, you’ll be responsible for making Le Wagon a leading tech education brand in Paris by developing key partnerships, driving student acquisition, and creating an inspiring campus culture.

Your Mission

Business Development & Ecosystem Activation

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and grow relationships with key players in the Paris tech and education ecosystems: schools, coworking spaces, incubators, student groups, and professional associations to generate quality leads.
  • Institutional Relations: Position Le Wagon as a credible partner with public and institutional actors like France Travail, OPCOs, APEC, and regional stakeholders. Drive collaborations to enhance our reach and visibility.
  • Community Representation: Actively represent Le Wagon at relevant events (e.g. Women in Tech, AI Meetups, French Tech, job fairs) to strengthen our footprint and build awareness.
  • Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with Campus Directors in other cities to align on high-impact initiatives, growth strategy, and local adaptations.
  • Public Tenders & Opportunities: Monitor funding opportunities and coordinate internal resources to build strong proposals when relevant.

Local Event Strategy & Student Acquisition

  • Lead-Generating Events: Plan and execute high-conversion workshops, discovery sessions, panels, and open houses both on and off-campus. Collaborate with national marketing to target key personas and drive enrolment.
  • Quarterly Event Calendar: Create a Paris-specific in-person event calendar aligned with the student journey (ToFu–MoFu–BoFu) and business goals.
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Ensure daily follow-up of student applications and align local actions with pipeline health and targets.
  • Localized Campaign Execution: Implement and adapt marketing and content strategies to the Paris audience in line with the national playbook.

Campus Operations & Team Leadership

  • Team Management: Lead and support the Paris campus team (Program Manager, Operations Lead, Office Manager), ensuring clarity of goals, strong coordination, and high performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between local and global teams (marketing, pedagogy, operations). Maintain efficient processes and campus-wide communication.
  • Culture & Community: Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and high-energy environment for staff, students, and visitors. Be the visible and inspiring leader of the Paris campus.

Who You Are

  • An Alumni of our Le Wagon Bootcamp is a plus !
  • Connected in the Ecosystem: You know the Paris tech and training landscape and have existing ties with schools, incubators, and/or institutional partners.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: You can design a growth plan but also step in to make it happen—whether it's hosting an event or supporting an applicant.
  • Skilled Communicator: You’re confident speaking publicly in French and English, and comfortable representing Le Wagon externally.
