We are looking for an experienced and passionate Haute Parfumerie Senior Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming innovative concepts into market-ready products. You will lead procurement activities for your designated brand, ensuring seamless execution throughout the product lifecycle to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Haute Parfumerie Senior Buyer, you will spearhead procurement activities for new product launches and ongoing business operations, ensuring alignment with the Global Category Sourcing strategy. Acting as a key liaison for internal stakeholders, you will leverage your deep understanding of brand positioning, market dynamics, and evolving business needs to drive success in this critical role.

Your main focus:

• Product Innovation: Drive new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals, cost targets, and strategic sourcing plans. Manage projects from ideation to execution, focusing on cost efficiency, specifications, and long-term profitability.
• Sourcing Excellence: Lead supplier selection through tenders and bid analysis, establish sourcing panels, and track project costs and MOQs to ensure adherence to fiscal targets. Deliver sustainable and cost-efficient solutions that enhance value and drive cash savings.
• Procurement Productivity: Spearhead productivity initiatives with vendors and internal teams, aligning on sustainability, cost efficiency, and innovation. Utilize Coty’s systems to monitor progress and ensure consistent delivery on value-driven goals.
• Operational Support: Serve as the primary procurement contact for brand-specific needs, ensuring business continuity for high-risk materials and tracking CAPEX spend. Implement measures for inventory and obsolescence management to optimize resources.
• Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leveraging supply chain and industry expertise to influence decision-making. Identify risks and opportunities, offering actionable mitigation and improvement plans to support brand goals.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships, ensuring seamless procurement processes and upholding the organization’s professional reputation in the market.
