Job Description:

FOURE LAGADEC is seeking to hire a Director of Operational Excellence (H/F) on a permanent contract, based in Le Havre.

The Role

Reporting to the General Director, the Director of Operational Excellence will oversee the following functions for Fouré Lagadec and its subsidiaries:

• Purchasing: Define and implement purchasing policy, lead the network of buyers and procurement staff, improve purchasing performance.
• Information Systems Management: Lead the IT manager and teams, define and manage digitalization projects in coordination with the SNEF Group's IT department.
• Operational Performance: Support agencies in continuous improvement projects and assist major projects with PMO methodology.
• Manage general services for the Le Havre site.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should hold an engineering degree and have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial role.

Autonomous, with team management skills, overseeing about ten direct reports and functional management of twenty others.

Proficiency in English is essential.

Willingness to travel regularly (about one week per month) across France.
