Qualifications

Responsibilities of a Nursery Director:

• Oversee the overall care of children, considering individual needs to ensure their well-being, social integration, and the smooth functioning of daily life.
• Inform and reassure parents.
• Lead and supervise a team of early childhood professionals around an educational project, involving parents.
• Ensure prevention, safety, and hygiene for children and staff.
• Contribute to information dissemination and initiate training activities in collaboration with the Training department at headquarters.

Profile: Holder of a Level III diploma (EJE or Nurse/Childcare), with at least 3 years of significant experience in a nursery setting.
