Epoka, a brand of the Mantu group, is a 360-degree communication agency organized into five main divisions: Identity & Content, Media Relations & Crisis Communication, Events, B2B, and Design. The agency's 200 team members work daily with clients (mainly large companies) on all aspects of corporate communication in the broadest sense: institutional communication, employer branding, internal communication, B2B, financial communication, etc. The agency's strength lies in its ability to create customized "project teams" based on the specific needs of each client and to support them in all facets of their communication.

As an Account Director, you will work closely with clients to understand their communication challenges and lead projects that enhance their corporate and financial image.

You will benefit from working within a dynamic and human-sized team, combining consultants and creatives, and contributing to a growing business unit with a real impact.

Your missions:

• Define and implement financial, non-financial, and editorial communication strategies tailored to each client's context.
• Support and advise companies and organizations with a personalized approach, on-site if necessary.
• Analyze communication issues and map stakeholders for a deep understanding of internal and external dynamics, including ESG dimensions.
• Structure positioning, storytelling, and key messages, ensuring coherence and impact in all communications.
• Create and operationally implement communication materials (writing, information structuring, coordination with production teams).
• Actively contribute to tenders by proposing relevant methodologies and defining project scopes based on client briefs.

Your profile:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in financial and non-financial communication, ideally in an agency or consulting firm.
• Strong writing skills and recognized ability to develop impactful corporate content.
• Strategic mindset and ability to transform complex topics into clear and engaging narratives.
• Good understanding of stakeholder relations and ESG-related issues.
• Academic background: Master's degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• You are proactive, rigorous, and appreciate both autonomy and collaboration within a team environment.
• You have an interest or experience in technology, software publishing, or international, and are proficient in generative AI (ChatGPT or others).
