Job Description

Position Overview: Under the responsibility of the Chairman of the Board, you will ensure the smooth operation of the association across all dimensions: strategic, operational, financial, management, HR, communication, logistics, and partnership development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the transformation of the association by designing and implementing strategic and innovative projects, in coordination with all operational sectors. Reposition the association for the next 10 years and manage high-stakes files with board members.
  2. Overseeing the overall management of the association, including institutional management (board meetings, general assemblies, internal and external consultations) and financial, administrative, legal, and regulatory oversight.
  3. Managing and structuring a team, while developing an HR identity, employer branding, and a unique reference framework for the association.
  4. Optimizing care, health, and life pathways by strengthening city-hospital interfaces and participating in evaluation, mutualization, and modeling initiatives like CPTS and other coordinated exercises.
  5. Implementing quality assurance processes within the association and promoting intersectoral collaboration to support public health policies.
  6. Seeking new funding sources to ensure project sustainability and structuring strategic partnerships.
  7. Representing the association to partners and institutions, supporting board members in their representative roles, and overseeing internal and external communication.
  8. Participating in key events and actively contributing to the association's visibility and influence.

Candidate Profile:
With higher education (Bac +4 or +5) in local development, political/economic sciences, or public health, you have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable leadership role. You are familiar with the organization of the health system, its stakeholders, and have an in-depth knowledge of coordinated exercises (CPTS, MSP, ESP) and liberal professions.

You possess a strong strategic mindset, capable of structuring and leading projects, uniting stakeholders, and making appropriate decisions in complex environments. Your analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and interpersonal skills enable you to develop and sustain networks and partnerships.

Autonomous and rigorous, you excel in managing associative structures, including financial arrangements. Your leadership, pedagogical skills, and listening ability make you a key interlocutor for mobilizing stakeholders (administrators, members, project officers, private and public institutional actors).

Finally, with your adaptability and commitment, you will become quickly operational and will be able to integrate into the association, embodying its values and project with enthusiasm.
