Position Overview: Under the responsibility of the Chairman of the Board, you will ensure the smooth operation of the association across all dimensions: strategic, operational, financial, management, HR, communication, logistics, and partnership development.

Candidate Profile:
With higher education (Bac +4 or +5) in local development, political/economic sciences, or public health, you have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable leadership role. You are familiar with the organization of the health system, its stakeholders, and have an in-depth knowledge of coordinated exercises (CPTS, MSP, ESP) and liberal professions.
You possess a strong strategic mindset, capable of structuring and leading projects, uniting stakeholders, and making appropriate decisions in complex environments. Your analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and interpersonal skills enable you to develop and sustain networks and partnerships.
Autonomous and rigorous, you excel in managing associative structures, including financial arrangements. Your leadership, pedagogical skills, and listening ability make you a key interlocutor for mobilizing stakeholders (administrators, members, project officers, private and public institutional actors).
Finally, with your adaptability and commitment, you will become quickly operational and will be able to integrate into the association, embodying its values and project with enthusiasm.
