Directly reporting to the CEO, you will join our executive team and help the company continue to grow by injecting your energy.
As the head of the Sales team (currently 6 employees), you will define the company's conquest and customer loyalty strategy and bring strong momentum to your teams through your results-oriented approach and passion for conquest.
Focused on the field, you will implement close management by supporting salespeople in client meetings and enabling them to improve their skills, both in sales approach and sales techniques.
Within a change management approach, you will engage the sales team and ensure our clients and prospects adopt our new comprehensive digital solution. You will establish efficient internal processes to facilitate the deployment of our SaaS solution.
Continuously monitoring our markets, you will also conduct lobbying and influential activities, especially with private sector market players.
