Senior Art Director (CDI) F/H

VML France supports several premium beauty/dermocosmetic brands in brand strategy and the creation of integrated campaigns with a focus on digital experience.

YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to Alexandre (Creative Director), within the team specialized in luxury & beauty, our future Senior Art Director will strengthen our team specialized in creating 360 campaigns for clients in the luxury/beauty/dermocosmetic world.

As a Senior Art Director, you will work in a team of about ten creative & commercial profiles, closely collaborating with strategic planning and production studios. Your missions will be:

• Actively collaborate on defining creative briefs with project managers and clients, bringing your expertise in designing 360 campaigns in the beauty and dermocosmetic field.
• Design and execute campaigns that translate the scientific effectiveness of dermocosmetic products into accessible and impactful stories for the audience.
• Supervise the production of visual assets (3D, animations, motion design, etc.) ensuring their compliance with briefs, brand guidelines, and defined quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders (project managers, clients, technical teams) to ensure a clear understanding of needs and fluid exchanges.
• Define and maintain a high level of creative demand for all projects, ensuring craft quality, attention to detail, and originality in creations.
• Explore new techniques and tools to push the limits of digital creation and propose innovative and impactful solutions.
• Present and defend creative choices to clients with conviction and enthusiasm, explaining the artistic approach and technical decisions.

PROFILE SOUGHT

You have at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Art Director position specialized in the beauty/dermocosmetic sector, or in a large company with similar products and brands (an online portfolio is essential).

• You are capable of proposing innovative and simple solutions to complex problems.
• You are versatile and interested in all aspects of the copywriter's job.
• You are methodical and rigorous, while being flexible and adaptable.
• You are reliable in your outputs and personally engage in your daily work.
• You enjoy following rules and have a keen eye for detail.
• You possess impeccable command of spelling and oral expression in French and English.
• You have good analytical and reflective skills.
• You are a graduate from a recognized school in advertising, communication, or digital marketing.
