Overall accountability for KDB financial matters in a FL unit

  • Drive and support management to find levers for profitable growth, ensure margin improvement, and positive cash flow development.
  • Ensure efficient finance processes, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage resourcing and performance of the FL finance team.

Effective business partnering

  • Provide strategic guidance, actionable insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders in FL to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of KDB strategy, especially in customer-facing finance activities such as invoicing, collections, and working capital development.
  • Assist in strategic planning at the FL management level to promote topline growth and operational efficiency.

Efficient financial transactions

  • Oversee end-to-end finance process performance in FL.
  • Maintain complete and accurate financial records for FL legal entities, including timely audit completion.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations in financial reporting, treasury, and tax areas.

Internal controls & compliance

  • Implement and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Leading and developing the team

  • Lead and coach the finance team, managing performance, talent development, and succession planning.

Your profile :

  • At least 7 years of experience in a Finance leadership role.
  • Proven track record in successful business partnering.
  • Preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and with external service providers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; English as a working language.
  • Integrity and experience with internal controls.
