Job Description:

Delphine is recruiting a future assistant manager for the naturéO Clayes Sous Bois store (78). As a true manager, you will balance human management, on-site tasks, and administrative duties: sales forecasts, ordering, stock management across the entire store.

  • Work daily to satisfy customers by providing high-quality service (welcoming, advising, activities, training teams in customer service)
  • Ensure the receipt and continuous availability of products on shelves
  • Implement commercial animations and make the shelves attractive
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, reserves, and cold rooms
  • Manage stock levels
  • Verify proper product rotation
  • Delegate and coordinate work of a team of 3-4 people
  • Monitor performance indicators and activity tracking
Qualifications

Assets for naturéO:

You have a training in sales/commerce/management/administration at BAC+2 level and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Passionate about the field, caring about team well-being and customer satisfaction, with experience in a specialized organic store or large retail.

  • Work from Monday to Sunday on a rotation basis
  • Gross monthly salary offered: €2717
  • Monthly on-call bonus of €150 gross according to current rules
  • Managerial role in a 39-hour workweek
  • Potential annual bonus up to one month's salary
  • 25% employee discount
