THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Product Manager will lead strategic planning, development, and implementation of solutions in direct and trade procurement, Point of Sales procurement, and Indirect Procurement. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful launches. Experience in managing product backlogs, working with cross-functional teams, and implementing global procurement solutions in a FMCG context is preferred.

Your key missions

• Steer strategic vision and roadmaps, coordinating multiple squads.
• Manage demand, backlog, and product lifecycle processes.
• Oversee resource management, product ROI, and costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and business partners.

YOUR TEAM

Report regularly to the Product Manager and Tech portfolio director. Engage with internal stakeholders like Product Owners, architecture teams, and business units, and external partners for vendor management and project execution.

Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years' experience in e-procurement tools (Ivalua, Coupa), with deep procurement process knowledge.
• Experience in FMCG or consulting firms is advantageous.
• Strong background in agile methodologies and product management.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Functional Skills

• Strategic planning and product vision development.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Industry insights and project rollout experience.
• Understanding of agile practices.
