Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks an Architect - Modern Workplace based in France to design and deliver Microsoft 365-powered workplace solutions for clients and internal environments.

You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, ensure governance and security alignment, and contribute to AI-enabled workplace initiatives while collaborating with IT, security, and business stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–5 years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in a technical, engineering, or administrative role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with SharePoint Online: site creation, information architecture, and content management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams: configuration, lifecycle management, and collaboration design.
• Knowledge of OneDrive for Business: syncing, sharing, and storage controls.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot: readiness, enablement, and governance concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and learn under guidance of senior architects.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve Microsoft 365 solutions for client and internal environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs under guidance.
• Assist with configuration, customization, migration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and stakeholders to ensure governance, security, and performance standards.
• Develop architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, technical documentation, and user adoption materials.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and project kickoffs as a technical contributor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft 365 workloads, integrations, and collaboration tools.
• Support Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance initiatives.
• Monitor updates, roadmaps, AI features, and best practices.
• Strengthen architectural thinking and client consulting skills.
• Contribute to reliable, secure, and user-friendly workplace solutions.
