Accor is accelerating its Digital Workplace transformation and is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the Microsoft 365 stack, ensuring secure, seamless, and productive work for hotels and staff.

You will manage Product Owners (Self Service and Digital Employee Experience), drive end-to-end delivery, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to build a hotel-centric digital experience worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Product Management, Digital Workplace, Collaboration Platforms, or Endpoint Management.
• Strong experience with modern device management and provisioning models (Intune Autopilot) and Cloud PC concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Saviynt and/or OneIdentity Active Roles.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Digital Workplace solutions (self-service, digital employee experience, collaboration suite).
• Lead a squad and mentor Product Owners ensuring clarity on priorities and delivery practices.
• Drive strategic and transversal Digital Workplace projects ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure governance, licensing optimization, and secure-by-design practices across devices and collaboration tools.
