Mission

At Digital Workplace, we aim to provide the most up-to-date and high-value services to support Saint-Gobain businesses in achieving their goals by:

• Defining:
• Collaboration service offerings among employees
• Management of employee identities
• Catalog of devices (end-user devices, meeting room equipment, etc.)

Conducting studies and projects to transform legacy services into next-generation services, mainly relying on Microsoft 365

Guiding Saint-Gobain businesses in transitioning to new employee services

Providing expertise and support for workplace projects

Coordinating a community of local IT Services teams

Role

The Digital Workplace M365 Service Owner reports to the Messaging Services Manager.

Part of the Digital Workplace Collaboration team and liaising with other teams (Identity, Cybersecurity, Help Desk), he will be responsible for providing tools to assist Saint-Gobain users in their professional activities.

He will oversee Individual & collective productivity tools:

• Teams telephony, Teams live events & brainstorming tools (whiteboard, klaxon)
• Messaging & calendar: Outlook client, Exchange
• Work organization: Bookings, OneNote, ToDo

The Digital Workplace M365 Service Owner will be responsible for:

• Defining the service based on user/business needs, analyzing interactions with other applications, and ensuring compliance with Saint-Gobain security policies
• Representing the service as the key contact for GDI
• Building the service's operational framework (RACI, incident management, roles and responsibilities, escalation procedures)
• Implementing service evolutions and managing changes (CAB, evolution requests, impact studies)
• Following the service roadmap
• Monitoring service adoption and ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Developing adoption strategies with the adoption team
• Managing contracts and reviews with third parties
• Leading enhancement and evolution projects for the services
• Maintaining up-to-date service catalog, architecture, and configuration documentation
