Real Estate Data Intelligence & Governance

Purpose: Ensure data reliability and deliver actionable insights in the real estate domain by leveraging Power BI dashboards and securing the integrity of the FRED database.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide strategic real estate insights.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and correct data inputs, ensuring accuracy.
• Act as project owner for FRED improvements: gather requirements, manage update requests with Visiativ software.
• Champion data governance and continuous improvement of real estate data systems.

Empower decision-making with trusted data and intuitive analytics, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic planning in real estate management.

In Detail

1. Data Intelligence
   • Build and maintain Power BI tables and dashboards for RE stakeholders' daily activities.
   • Review and optimize existing visualizations.
   • Provide actionable insights (e.g., sites opened, closed, in project phase) directly reusable in reports.
2. FRED RE Data Reliability
   • Develop anomaly detection reports and lead remediation campaigns.
   • Explore AI opportunities to strengthen data quality and monitoring.
3. FRED Operations
   • Draft and follow up on change requests for FRED enhancements.
   • Improve and adapt existing FRED user guides to new ergonomics.
   • Develop tutorials and digitalized procedures with stakeholder input.
   • Manage user accounts, ensuring sensitive data access is restricted to authorized roles.
