Europcar Mobility Group is a major player in mobility markets.

Job Description

Main objectives

  1. Create tagging plans for new features or needs and update existing tagging plans for Europcar International Digital Analytics site & app.
  2. Implement partners tags in GDPR compliance with TMS.
  3. Support analytics ecommerce & countries teams.

Ensure quality of data collected by web-analytics tools

  1. Set up and configure tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tag Commander etc.).
  2. Ensure the proper functioning of tags and their deployment across various platforms and company websites and apps ecosystem.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Online experience, eCommerce, Countries teams, IT.

Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in tracking and data analysis.

Propose and implement new tracking solutions or tools to enhance the accuracy and quality of collected data.

Provide technical support to marketing and development teams to resolve issues related to tracking tools.

Ensure data collection practices comply with current regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Implement measures to ensure the security of collected data and prevent data breaches.

Work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to ensure tracking projects align with business objectives.

Oversee the development and deployment of tracking projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

  1. At least 2 years of web analytics experience in large size companies with multiple toolsets.
  2. Experience regarding digital marketing strategies and customer experience.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area. Masters or graduate degree preferred.

Languages

Web Analytics Tools (Google Universal Analytics, Webtrends).

Pack Office / Google Suite.
