Your future job

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Tech Lead to drive the architectural definition, design, and execution of complex digital systems. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital product development, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering the growth of our digital design team.

More specifically, you will:

1. Collaborate with the system architect to optimize and clarify system architecture definition towards digital.
2. Support digital architecture decisions based on effort, cost, and complexity criteria.
3. Decide on reuse versus buy versus make, and select third-party IPs.
4. Lead the digital design team by providing guidance to achieve objectives and progress in the position.
5. Be responsible for the quality and timing of digital deliverables across several projects.
6. Develop complex and critical digital designs.
7. Act as digital representative on multi-domain activities, including SW, Analog, or Test domains.

• Exceptional analysis and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience with automotive quality standards and ISO 26262.
