About This Role

As our Strategic Market Partner - Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for the GTM strategy of all Biogen Digital Health Solutions, including new launches, optimizing existing offerings, and Market Partnering activities. You will work closely with external partners and business stakeholders to ensure uptake and retention strategies are in place. The role involves managing a clear roadmap, aligning with external partners, and overseeing project management with defined timelines, deliverables, resources, and KPIs. You will serve as Market Partner, coordinating solutions with key stakeholders and overseeing external market operations, ensuring synchronization of requirements and deliverables with leadership and cross-functional teams. A continuous improvement mindset is essential, along with proactive consultation to identify emerging digital capabilities to meet evolving business needs. The role supports scaling and distributing Digital Health Solutions across markets, providing frameworks and strategic advice to maximize value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the GTM strategies for Digital Solutions and related capabilities.
  • Support the Global Head of Digital Solutions and ensure external partners meet requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee external Market Operations activities.
  • Monitor launch and operation activities, proactively managing risks.
  • Engage with the business to review adoption, ensuring a market roadmap with clear project management and KPIs.
  • Develop and deliver brand guidelines for Digital Solutions.
  • Drive market uptake, retention, and compliance with regulations.
  • Assess current digital capabilities and identify opportunities.
  • Support market adoption, measurement, and ROI tracking.
  • Manage in-market operations, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensure plans are executed smoothly, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Lead innovation, external capabilities, and market trend analysis.
  • Apply continuous improvement to operational processes.

A credible, dynamic, and creative professional with high energy and vision, skilled in defining and implementing strategies, managing stakeholders, and building strong relationships. You excel in collaboration, communication, and strategic agility, with high integrity and ethical standards.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Experience managing Digital Health Solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Pharma/Biotech Customer Engagement.
  • Proven change management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
